• Where do you ship from?
         Currently, all online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bellingham, WA.
  • When will I receive my order?

All completed orders ship from our warehouse within two business days. Once your order is complete, you will be given a tracking number for reference.

  • Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes we do! Please be aware that you’re responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.

  • Are prices listed in USD?

Yes, all prices are displayed in USD on our website.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days upon shipment. Please see the enclosed instructions in your package for more information.

  • What if my items arrive damaged?

      If your order arrives damaged, please follow the enclosed return/exchange instructions.

      • Do I need to register to place an order?

      A customer account is not necessary for you to order, however for customized service and faster checkout time, we recommend signing up. In addition, you’ll be eligible to receive our newsletters informing you of any deals or discounts currently available.

      • How do I register?

            • What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

              For orders in the continental U.S., we’ll be using FedEx Ground. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Air. International orders will be shipped via USPS Air.

              • How do I track my package?
